5 Star Auto Hail Repair Warranty
At 5 Star Auto Hail Repair, we stand behind our work. If any issues arise from our Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) process, we’ll repair any affected areas free of charge, covering both labor and materials, for as long as you own your vehicle.
What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:
Our lifetime warranty protects against:
- Gloss/Shine deterioration
- Blistering
- Peeling
- Wrinkling
- Defects in primer adhesion
- Dents that pop out
If your Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) results don’t meet these standards, we’ll correct the problem at no cost to you.
Exclusions:
- Previous Damage: Our warranty applies only to panels repaired by 5 Star Auto Hail Repair. Any prior damage unrelated to the current repairs is not covered.
- Rust: Surface rust, rust-through, or damage caused by rusting is not included.
- Unreasonable Vehicle Use: Damage resulting from improper care or unreasonable use of the vehicle is not covered.
- Parts with Manufacturer Warranties: Parts and materials already covered by a manufacturer’s warranty fall under their own terms.
Additional Exclusions:
- Sale or Lease: If you sell or terminate the lease on your vehicle, the warranty expires on the date of the sale or lease termination.
- Stripes and Decals: Only the factory warranty covers decorative stripes or decals.
- Subsequent Hail Damage: This warranty becomes void if the vehicle sustains hail damage from subsequent storms. If damage differs from the original repair order, the warranty will no longer apply. But good news, you can just call us and we'll get you back in for Auto Hail Repair!
- Tampering: Any repairs altered or tampered with by unauthorized individuals will void the warranty.
Free Rental Car Coverage
We’ve got you covered! If your insurance doesn’t provide rental car coverage, we’ll reimburse the tab for your rental during repairs.
